    Very true on the environmental part. Added to that, many websites are not able to handle mobile browsing customers due to technology, webdesign, loading times or just making it too darn hard to buy anything. So it doesn’t make sense to send people there. How about a mobile optimized version of your site that displays if it detects you are on a mobile device?

    Part of the challenge is also on the platform side I think; there are still a lot of EDS platforms that are unable to detect device on the fly and even less with enough agility to then serve an optimised version of the creative. What is your take on adaptive framework for email?

      there isn’t a straightforward way unfortunately
