London Marketing Agency Jobs: e-Dialog is Hiring!

Updated 8th February 2011: We’re currently looking for an Inside Sales Person, a Business Development Manager and a Marketing and PR Manager.

e-Dialog is recruiting for a number of roles at our European headquarters on Tottenham Court Road, London.

Current roles we’re hiring include:

Inside Sales Person

Supports the sales team by identifying leads, developing contacts, and making the appointments.  Will have min. 2 years experience in a digital/email marketing environment and be used to hitting targets of 20 appointments per month.

Business Development Manager

Finds the opportunity, identifies the offer, and owns the relationship through discovery, pitch and finally to close.  Will have experience closing major brand names. International sales experience a real advantage.  Digital or email marketing experience also beneficial.

Business Systems Analyst

Business System Analysts are a key client point of contact within the Data Engineering group ensuring that clients’ business needs are supported through e-Dialog’s technical solutions and application tool offerings. He or she will provide the bridge between the client’s data, the marketing tools and the client’s marketing applications.
This position requires in-depth understanding of customers’ business and marketing objectives and corresponding methods of achieving those objectives. A strong background in database marketing, internet applications, and data management is highly desirable.

Senior Database Programmer

Our Database Programmers contribute to all phases of the development of solutions for our clients including: discovery, specification, implementation and support.

Marketing and PR Manager

Defines and delivers our marketing and PR strategy, working closely with the US Marketing team, the UK Sales team, and managing external agencies. Needs to have experience working in the digital market, and comfortable working with all elements of the marketing mix. A clear communicator who will drive thought leadership, identify new marketing opportunities, write reports and organize events.

Project Manager/ Project Manager Associate

A Project Manager Associate manages projects on behalf of Sales and Account Teams as well as other departments when appropriate. Project Manager Associate is a client-facing role and daily tasks include keeping up-to-date plans and budget position on projects. A Project Manager Associate’s personal portfolio will be comprised of 6-9 small to medium complexity projects, working with multiple cross-functional teams.

Account Director

An Account Director has responsibility for the high-level strategic management and development of accounts including relationship management, strategic input and shaping the business solutions in the e-mail marketing field. Account Directors lead a team within Professional Services, the key group who work directly with our clients and who also liaise internally with our Creative, Production, Analytics and Engineering Teams on behalf of our clients.

Account Manager

Account Managers to lead a high performance team, delivering innovative e-mail and CRM activities to our top tier clients. Use your client, team and project management skills to deliver incredible ROI for clients.

Campaign Specialist

Campaign Specialists are responsible for e-mail campaign execution. As the day to day contact for your client contact(s) there is a requirement for excellent customer services skills- you’ll need to be clear on production process , have strong understanding of our technologies, and communicate clearly with your client, using a variety of methods e.g. status updates, email and verbal communication. You will also need to understand your client’s business and help them every step of the way to achieve successful campaigns .Campaign Specialists also need to be able to think on their feet, actively problem solve and have excellent organization and time management skills.

Production Assistant (Junior Developer)

Production Assistants work closely with other members of the Production team to support a variety of HTML e-mail and web-based marketing deliverables, from refining creative concepts through to implementation of multi-format production setups of various mailings.
